Cooling + Heating Model (5P)
Fit a five-parameter change-point model with two hinges: E = b + w_dc · max(Tₐ − T_cc, 0) + w_dh · max(T_ch − Tₐ, 0). It captures a base load plus separate heating and cooling responses from monthly temperature and energy.
